Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehab (Travel Contract)

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Onsite | 32+ Hours per Week Guaranteed | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | No Call Requirements | No Weekend Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services including evaluations and re-evaluations at a 1:1 patient ratio
• Treat a diverse patient population including orthopedic conditions (total joints, rotator cuff, joint pain), neurological conditions (TBI, stroke), and chronic pain (low back and cervical)
• Utilize standard outpatient therapy equipment, fitness center resources, and an aquatic therapy pool
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using the Meditech EHR system
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with evidence-based practice and facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist program
• Valid Ohio Physical Therapist license (or eligibility through a Compact eligible state)
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience; new graduates will not be considered
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient clinical setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience treating orthopedic and neurological patient populations
• Familiarity with Meditech or similar EHR platforms
