Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with individualized care plans and therapy goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Float between assigned worksites as operationally needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Ability to work 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week
• Willingness to float to additional worksites as required
• Must meet standard credentialing requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Casamba documentation software strongly preferred
• Familiarity with SNF workflows and interdisciplinary team environments
