Contract | Full-Time | Days | 8-Hour Shifts | 5 Days per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Participate in patient care planning and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Float between assigned worksites as needed during scheduled shifts
• Maintain compliance with all credentialing and licensure requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of California
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Ability to work day shifts and meet a 40-hour expected weekly schedule
• Willingness to float between worksites as required
• Ability to meet standard credentialing requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience using Casamba clinical documentation software
• Familiarity with SNF regulatory and documentation standards
