Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a clinical setting during an Epic EMR conversion
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using Epic
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support continuity of care throughout the EMR transition
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and documentation standards during the conversion period

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (must be valid and in good standing)
• Current, hands-on Epic EMR experience required
• Cerner EMR experience within the last 5 years required
• Work history must clearly document the charting system used at each position; if multiple EMR systems were used at a single employer, dates clarifying usage of each system must be provided
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or have verifiable employment history with an organization
• No time-off requests (RTO) will be accommodated; start date is firm and non-negotiable

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience supporting or working through an EMR system conversion or go-live
• Familiarity with both Epic and Cerner platforms in an acute or outpatient therapy environment
