About the Position
Description
This role involves providing physical therapy services primarily in skilled nursing facilities. You will work with a caseload that consists of 85% geriatrics and 15% adults, focusing on rehabilitation and improving patients' quality of life. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and travel may be required between three locations. Paid drive time and mileage are included.
