Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (5x8 Hours, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) | 40 hours per week | Rotating Saturdays every 3rd or 4th week (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacist services in an oncology setting, supporting both inpatient and/or outpatient care
• Perform IV compounding and preparation of hazardous and non-hazardous medications
• Utilize EPIC Beacon for medication management, order verification, and clinical documentation
• Participate in rotating Saturday coverage and holiday coverage as needed
• May float to a nearby facility location as operationally required
• May provide care to patients with infectious conditions, including COVID-19

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania State Pharmacist License (must be in hand prior to start — required by law)
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacist experience
• Inpatient or outpatient oncology experience
• IV training with demonstrated competency in hazardous and non-hazardous medication preparation
• EPIC Beacon experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Strong familiarity with oncology pharmacy workflows and protocols
• Experience working in a high-volume or travel/contract pharmacy environment
