Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (5x8 Hours, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) | Every 3rd or 4th Saturday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmacy services within an inpatient or clinical setting during day shift hours
• Utilize EPIC Beacon for medication order entry, verification, and clinical documentation
• Operate and manage Pyxis automated dispensing systems for medication distribution
• Adhere to all applicable state and facility pharmacy regulations and safety protocols
• Participate in rotating Saturday coverage as scheduled
• May provide care to patients with infectious conditions including COVID-19

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania state pharmacist license — must be in hand prior to submission
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacist experience
• Proficiency with EPIC Beacon electronic health record system
• Experience with Pyxis automated dispensing cabinets
• Ability to work a rotating Saturday schedule every 3rd or 4th week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a hospital or inpatient pharmacy environment
• Familiarity with clinical pharmacy workflows and patient care coordination
