Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient goals and outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Montana or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current NBCOT certification
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care environment
• Familiarity with MDS documentation and Medicare guidelines
