Contract, Days, Full-Time (36 hours guaranteed per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients requiring physical therapy services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Montana or ability to obtain prior to start
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Experience working in a rural or critical access healthcare environment
