Key Responsibilities

• Perform pharmacist duties in support of an Epic EMR conversion initiative
• Utilize Epic and Cerner systems for accurate medication management and documentation
• Provide pharmacy services with awareness of pediatric and neonatal patient populations as high-risk age groups
• Complete IV training requirements and perform IV-related pharmacy functions
• Maintain accurate charting with clear documentation of EMR systems used and corresponding dates

Required Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license
• Current Epic experience required
• Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years
• Must have completed prior employment or a contract in good standing; each work history entry must specify the charting system used, with dates provided when multiple EMR systems are listed for a single position
• Must pass IV training
• Familiarity with pediatric and neonatal age groups required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Demonstrated competence working with pediatric and neonatal patient populations
• Experience supporting EMR conversion projects
