Contract | Travel | Days (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) | Onsite | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Examine patients and develop individualized treatment plans to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability
• Implement therapeutic techniques and interventions in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Educate patients on condition management strategies to support long-term health outcomes
• Develop fitness and wellness programs to support healthier and more active lifestyles
• Float to other units or areas as required within the facility

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Texas Physical Therapist licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or ARC
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Minimum of 2 years of overall Physical Therapist experience
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with MEDHOST electronic medical records (EMR) system
• Familiarity with inpatient rehab workflows and multidisciplinary care teams
