Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to primarily post-acute patients in a home care setting across assigned service areas including Clark, Champaign, Madison, Edgar, and Effingham Counties
• Manage a caseload of approximately 8 patients per day, including conducting 3–4 evaluations per day as needed
• Meet hourly productivity expectations of a minimum of 6.5 points per hour
• Self-manage and schedule daily patient visits with flexibility to adjust visit order as needed
• Provide clinical supervision to a COTA as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Prior home health experience is required
• Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) documentation system is required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with post-acute patient populations
• Prior experience supervising a COTA in a home health environment
