Contract | Days | Tuesday through Saturday | PRN block assignment with full-time hours available

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday day shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient or similar clinical setting
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with minimal onboarding time
