Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Maintain compliance with facility credentialing and documentation requirements prior to and during assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (permanent state license required)
• Experience working in a physical therapy clinical setting
• Ability to meet facility-specific credentialing requirements prior to start
• Willingness to complete any additional documentation required by the facility outside of standard clearance processes

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy environment
• Familiarity with contract assignment expectations and travel therapy workflows
