Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs
• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Adhere to facility-specific policies, dress code, and operational procedures as outlined during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license valid in the state of Washington (permanent license required)
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and contract QA requirements prior to start
• Ability to commit to a 30-day notice period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
• Familiarity with outpatient documentation systems and clinical workflows
