Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient functional goals
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of patient care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo ID badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Current COTA certification in good standing
• Active state licensure or eligibility to practice in New Hampshire
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a facility or clinical setting
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced or high-need environment
