Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment programs
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional outcomes
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Adhere to all facility policies including identification and badging requirements at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington
• Valid state or federally issued photo identification required
• Ability to fulfill a 36-hour weekly guarantee within a contract assignment
• Compliance with all facility credentialing and registry personnel requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and patient populations
