What We're Looking For

• Current Sterile Processing Technician certification (CRCST, CSPDT, or equivalent preferred based on facility requirements)
• Experience working in a hospital or surgical environment
• Knowledge of instrument decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and inventory management
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
