About the Position

Job Title: CT Tech Profession: CT Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8.5 hours Experience: 2+ years preferred License: TX Licensed Radiologist Certifications: ARRT (CT) Certified - REQUIRED Must-Have: 2+ years of experience preferred BLS required Description: Unit Highlights: Please read carefully! General Information: Shift Details: Days with a 30-minute lunch. Call Requirements: Yes. Guaranteed Hours: 36. Special Skills/Experience Required: Experience with GE preferred. Unit Specifics: Documentation System: Meditech. Floating Policy: As needed. Procedures performed on unit: Required to take X-Rays - CT. Dress Code: Scrub Color: Facility will not provide scrubs (gray preferred or solid-colored scrubs). Nail Policy: Clean and healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next-gen, etc. Hair: Hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches, and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab. Tattoos: Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually. Piercings: Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited. This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc. Other Unit Guidelines/Policies: Floating Guidelines: Attendance policies will be followed.
