About the Position

Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Inpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist License: Active license to practice Certifications: Active BLS certification from approved vendor Must-Have: - Minimum 24 months of Physical Therapist experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months - Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - No hits on state license to practice - Driver’s license to verify residency - Previous travel experience is required Description: Pewter scrubs are required. Floating between a Level I Trauma 600+ bed hospital and a Level III 200+ bed hospital. Days of the week scheduled may vary and include weekends. Candidates must have previous acute hospital experience. Candidates with multi-specialty acute knowledge and experience will be considered. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later. Requests for time off must be on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days. There is no request for time off during the first week of the assignment. Candidates must list all facilities they are willing to work in. Candidates should specify facility names and states, or indicate willingness to work in any location. Candidates must indicate all shifts they are willing to work. Candidates should provide details about all departments they have experience in and are willing to work in. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position. Immediate notification is required if the candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Strict adherence to all background check standards is required. Candidates must complete a resume that includes all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designations, and the number of beds. A skills checklist for Physical Therapists must be completed within the last 12 months. Active licenses must be verified within the last 30 days.
