About the Position
Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience License: OR and WA licensure required Certifications: BCLS required Must-Have: Oasis experience required Description: Home Health Physical Therapist needed for East Portland OR/Clark County WA and surrounding areas. This position requires 8-hour day shifts, with specific scheduling criteria. The facility cannot accommodate 4x10 or 3x12 work schedules. Staffing ratios are 1:1, with the possibility of visiting up to 6 patients per day. The standard productivity points are set at 30. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Weekend work is not required. No on-call work is expected for this position. Travelers will not float between different units. Block scheduling is not open to accommodation. Local candidates within a 50-75 mile radius are accepted. Pending licenses can be accepted, but OR and WA licenses are mandatory. The facility has the option to call off one shift per pay period. Travelers are expected to have their own transportation. The system efficiently groups clients to minimize drive time. Maximum daily driving may reach a radius of approximately 60 miles. Business casual attire is recommended; no jeans are allowed, although scrubs may be worn. Charting is done using EPIC Remote Client for Home Health and Rover (phone app)/Oasis. Mileage reimbursement follows IRS standards.
