Pay: $1,349 to $1,549 per week

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in geriatric and short-term rehab settings.
• Experience with NetHealth and PCC.

Assignment Details

• Monday-Friday schedule.
• Skilled nursing and short-term rehab patient population.

Galt offers access to Northern California destinations with a quieter Central Valley setting. The city is about 20 miles south of Sacramento and roughly 35 miles from Lodi wine country, giving travelers access to both urban amenities and regional tasting rooms.
