Travel Peds Echo Sonographer jobs in Norfolk, VA offer you the opportunity to work in a facility with advanced pediatric cardiac imaging and a collaborative care environment. You will perform transthoracic echo, stress echo, assist in transesophageal echo, and conduct noninvasive tests such as electrocardiograms and Holter monitor applications.
To qualify, you must hold one of the following credentials: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer Pediatric (RDCS PE), American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), with at least two years of pediatric experience. The role requires strong skills in preparing preliminary interpretation reports, billing procedures, study transmittal, and coverage for satellite sites.
The schedule is days, 40 hours per week, with holiday, weekend, and on-call coverage required. On-call details will be discussed during the interview.
