Job Summary

 Pharmacist to join a busy acute care hospital pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have recent hospital pharmacy experience, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication therapy.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Active Florida Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience (3–5 years preferred).
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Strong knowledge of acute care pharmacy operations and medication safety practices.
• Experience working with hospital pharmacy information systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Meditech, DoseEdge, and Pyxis ES medication management systems.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
