Shift: Variable Nights (4:30 PM – 3:00 AM)
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join an acute care laboratory as a Generalist. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all major areas of the clinical laboratory, comfortable working independently on night shifts, and capable of delivering accurate and timely laboratory results.

• Minimum 1 year of recent Generalist laboratory experience in an acute care setting.
• Certification as one of the following:
  • Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – ASCP or AMT
  • Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) – ASCP or AMT
  • Medical Technologist (MT) – ASCP or AMT
• Experience performing testing in all major laboratory departments, including Blood Bank.
• Ability to work independently on overnight/graveyard shifts.
• Experience using Epic Laboratory Information System preferred.
