Job Summary

Oncology Pharmacist to support an outpatient oncology infusion clinic. The ideal candidate will have dedicated oncology pharmacy experience and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced clinical environment while collaborating with providers, nurses, and pharmacy technicians to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Active Colorado Pharmacist license (required).
• Minimum 1 year of dedicated oncology pharmacy experience in an outpatient oncology clinic or inpatient oncology specialist role.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).
• Experience using Epic electronic medical record system.
• Strong knowledge of chemotherapy regimens, oncology treatment protocols, and hazardous medication handling.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
