Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Onsite | Combined Inpatient and Outpatient Setting | Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Acute Care); Wednesdays 9:45 AM – 6:15 PM (Outpatient)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in both acute care inpatient and outpatient settings
• Evaluate and treat patients across varying acuity levels and diagnoses
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to work across both inpatient acute care and outpatient environments
• Available to start on or before 8/31

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in acute care or hospital-based physical therapy
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings
