Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises and rehabilitative procedures to improve patient mobility and function
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Mississippi or compact eligibility
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and compliance requirements
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
• Must wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
