About the Position

Job Title: CT Tech Profession: CT Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: ARRT (R)(CT) Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Minimum 1 year of CT experience Current BLS certification ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography Description: This position is for a CT Technologist working the night shift. The hours for this position are 18:30 to 06:30. The CT Tech will be responsible for performing CT and XR procedures in the emergency department. The facility has 11 beds and a staff of 4, including one CT/XR technologist for day shift and one for night shift. The patient-to-staff ratio is manageable, ensuring quality care. Equipment used includes GE Revo Maxima, GE Def Tempo, and GE AMX Navigate. EMR utilized is Meditech. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills and be excited to collaborate with nurses and physicians. There is a call requirement of 5 to 24 hours per month for each technologist. Candidates with prior experience in a free-standing emergency department and familiarity with Meditech will be considered favorably.
