About the Position

Job Title: CT Tech Profession: CT Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mixed Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: ARRT Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Minimum 1 year CT experience ARRT (R)(CT) Description: Travel position for a CT Tech. Work schedule includes a mix of days and nights. Shifts are from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM and 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Typical schedule includes Monday from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, Wednesday from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM. On-call requirements are 5 to 24 hours of call shifts per month for each technician. Unit comprises 11 beds and a staff of 4 members. Equipment utilized includes GE Revo Maxima, GE Def Tempo, and GE AMX Navigate. EMR system used is Meditech. Procedures performed include ER CT and X-rays. Ideal candidates are independent and excited to work directly with nurses and physicians. Prior experience in a free-standing emergency department and familiarity with Meditech is preferred.
