About the Position

Job Title: CVOR Technician Profession: Surgical Technology Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room Duration: Travel Position Shift: 12-Hour Days Hours per Shift: Varies Experience: 2 years required License: Certified Surgical Technologist preferred Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Experience working in a CVOR. Heavy cardiac and open-heart experience required. Prior travel experience required. Description: This position requires a CVOR technician with significant experience. Candidates must have experience in a cardiovascular operating room. Heavy cardiac and open-heart experience is essential. Travel experience is required for this role. Call is required, which includes approximately one weekend per month. There may be one to two days a week of call at the end of the shift to 6:30 AM. Travelers may be required to float to other campuses. Candidates should expect to function as core staff within the unit.
