Favorite Healthcare Staffing is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract in Alamosa, CO! This assignment is for 13 weeks and ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT).

Physical Therapist (PT) Position Details:
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Location: Alamosa, CO
• Facility Type: REHB/GERI
• Shift & Schedule: Full-Time, 8 Hour Days

Physical Therapist (PT) Requirements:
• Must have 1 Year of recent Physical Therapist (PT) experience in an REHB/GERI setting
• Active CO Physical Therapist (PT) certification required
• Current BLS Certification required
