Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to meet facility badging and identification requirements at all times
• Minimum of 35 hours per week availability, Monday through Friday

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
• Experience working in a contract or registry staffing capacity
