Contract | Days | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy interventions
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist (new graduates not eligible for this role)
• Current BLS/CPR certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute care, outpatient, or rehabilitation setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills in a clinical environment
