Contract | Days | Monday through Friday | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct patient care to support functional improvement and independence in daily activities
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective patient outcomes
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients throughout the course of treatment

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA licensure in the state of California
• Current certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Ability to fulfill a 36-hour weekly guarantee
• Availability to work Monday through Friday day shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
