Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional improvement
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe movement techniques
• Maintain a safe and professional treatment environment in accordance with facility policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Valid state or federally issued photo identification required
• Ability to wear a visible photo badge at all times while on assignment
• Minimum 35-hour weekly availability to meet guaranteed hours requirement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and multidisciplinary teams
