Key Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct patient care to support functional independence and rehabilitation goals
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
• Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid COTA certification
• Active California state licensure or eligibility
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification
• Ability to work a flexible schedule across any day of the week, including weekends
• Minimum 35-hour weekly availability in alignment with guaranteed hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a registry or travel therapy setting
• Familiarity with skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility environments
