Job Title

Ultrasound Technician – Outpatient Breast Imaging

Location

Boston, MA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | No weekends, no major holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Perform breast ultrasound and diagnostic ultrasound examinations in a high-volume outpatient setting
• Manage an average of 10–12 ultrasound studies per shift as part of a department processing approximately 40–50 studies daily
• Ensure accurate image acquisition and documentation in accordance with departmental protocols
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow and quality imaging outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent hands-on breast ultrasound experience
• ARDMS certification in Breast imaging (required)
• Proficiency in both breast ultrasound and diagnostic ultrasound modalities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume outpatient environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a dedicated breast imaging or women's imaging department
• Familiarity with outpatient imaging workflows and patient-centered care practices
