Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of California
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• NBCOT certification required
• Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee across scheduled shift days

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
• Experience with contract or travel therapy assignments
