Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized patient treatment plans to promote functional recovery
• Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using facility EMR systems (Protouch / Net Health)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility dress code and operational standards while maintaining a professional clinical environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to electronic medical record (EMR) platforms
• Ability to work independently in an acute or post-acute care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
• Familiarity with Protouch and/or Net Health EMR systems
• Experience as a travel therapist with the ability to quickly integrate into new clinical environments
