Contract | Night Shift | Full-Time (4x10s, 40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and fill orders for medications in accordance with established protocols
• Monitor patient medication therapies and provide clinical drug information
• Identify and troubleshoot potential medication safety hazards
• Document all pharmacist-patient and clinical interactions for medical review
• Supervise and direct pharmacy support personnel

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
• Active Pharmacist license in the state of practice
• All licensures and certifications required to fulfill Pharmacist duties at the state level
• Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months
• Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years, with verifiable work history including charting systems used (dates required if multiple EMR systems listed per position)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Minimum one year of technical pharmacy experience
• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience
