Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Evening Shift (4x10s, 40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct segments of physical therapy treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions
• Meet departmental objectives while delivering high-quality patient care
• Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
• Float to additional sites as needed based on staffing and census requirements

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required for those who obtained licensure on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
• Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Recent Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of two years of Physical Therapy experience
• Flexibility and willingness to float to multiple care sites as needed
