Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13-Week Travel Assignment) | Full-Time | Onsite | Varied Nightshift Hours, 3x12s, 36 Hours Weekly Guaranteed | Rotating days, weekends, holidays, and call shifts required

Key Responsibilities

• Produce diagnostic MRI scans in a high-volume, fast-paced inpatient environment
• Assist radiologists and referring physicians during MRI procedures
• Ensure patient safety and quality care across all age groups, from infant through geriatric
• Make independent technical decisions to optimize MRI image quality
• Operate various MRI scanning equipment and hospital computer systems proficiently
• Float to other department areas as needed within scope of competency, including after-hours standby and callback

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification in MRI
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience
• Experience with GE or Philips MRI scanners
• Ability to function effectively under pressure in a high-acuity, high-volume setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with advanced MRI technologies including 3T MRI systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage simultaneous demands professionally
