Contract | Days | Monday–Friday | No weekends required | Schedule: Monday 8:00AM–5:30PM, Tuesday 8:00AM–4:30PM, Wednesday 8:00AM–6:00PM, Thursday 9:00AM–6:30PM, Friday 8:00AM–12:00PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services to a pediatric patient population ranging in age from 0 to 21 years
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and clinical best practices
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility requirements
• Float within skillset as required based on census and staffing needs
• Adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and maintain consistent attendance throughout the contract period

Required Qualifications

• Active New Jersey PT license or Compact PT license required at time of submission (NJ license must be in process at time of submission if not yet active)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Ability to work with pediatric patients ages 0–21
• Must be available to work 2 of 3 designated holidays unless otherwise specified

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a pediatric therapy or rehabilitation setting
• Familiarity with travel contract expectations and compliance requirements
