About the Position

Job Title

Respiratory Therapist – Registered (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Rotating Weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide registered respiratory therapy services within a pediatric care setting
• Assess, treat, and monitor pediatric patients with respiratory conditions
• Operate and manage respiratory equipment appropriate for pediatric patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe and effective patient care
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Active Florida state license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Pediatric experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Current PALS and/or NRP certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in a pediatric hospital environment
• Familiarity with rotating weekend scheduling in an acute care setting
