Travel Respiratory Therapist (6P–6A)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | 12-Hour Shifts | Alternating Weekends | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a 225-bed specialty care hospital setting
• Float to the NICU as needed to support patient care demands
• Deliver respiratory care across a range of specialty service lines including Heart & Vascular, Pediatrics, and Behavioral Health
• Operate within a facility offering advanced imaging, surgery, and laboratory services
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to assess and treat patients with respiratory conditions

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Willingness and ability to float to the NICU
• Must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify as a travel candidate
• Current applicable state licensure or eligibility to obtain

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel respiratory therapy experience
• Experience in a specialty care or tertiary hospital environment
• Familiarity with neonatal or pediatric respiratory care
