Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in implementing individualized care plans and documenting patient progress
• Support residents in achieving functional goals related to mobility, strength, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract therapy experience
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems used in long-term care environments
