Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | Temp-to-Hire potential

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat 8–10 patients per day in an outpatient clinic setting specializing in orthopedic and neurologic conditions
• Provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patient populations across a wide range of diagnoses including post-operative care, musculoskeletal conditions, and neurological dysfunction
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing conditions such as ACL tears, rotator cuff repair, disc herniation, total joint replacement, and more
• Document patient progress and treatment notes using the NextGen documentation system
• Collaborate with front desk staff and rehab aides to ensure smooth clinic operations and quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Mississippi or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates accepted)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment
• Professional demeanor and adherence to a professional dress code

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1 or more years of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience
• Familiarity with NextGen or similar electronic documentation systems
• Experience treating a broad range of orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses including post-operative and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
