Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Travel Contract)

Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) | 13-Week Assignment | 40 Hours per Week Guaranteed | No Weekend or Call Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services within a hospital-based practice setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized patient treatment programs
• Document patient progress and clinical notes accurately using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy team including OT and ST staff
• Maintain compliance with facility orientation and education requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maine (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR
• Ability to complete required facility orientation and education modules upon start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital-based outpatient therapy setting
• Previous travel therapy assignment experience
