About the Position
Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapist Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days M-F Hours per Shift: 0830-1700 Experience: Minimum 2 years in a healthcare setting License: Current Occupational Therapist license required Certifications: BLS Certification required, NPI # required Must-Have: Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance required Description: Profiles are sent directly to the manager. Two supervisory references are needed at submittal. One reference should be within the last 12 months and one within the last 3 years. A copy of the driver's license is needed at the time of submittal to validate legal name. The name on the documents must match the name on the government-issued ID, with no middle initial or middle name. Home Health experience of 2 years is required. Four visits per day on average, consisting of a combination of evaluations and revisits. The coverage area includes a specific service area. Candidates should qualify for reimbursement. A cancellation policy allows for certain shifts to be canceled during the assignment. The charting system used is Cerner. The role does not require a BSN. The position is in a post-acute care setting. Allied health division. The shift is Monday through Friday, from 0830 to 1700. The first to float is expected. We may consider a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with home health experience if there are no Occupational Therapist applicants.
